The good, the bad, and the Ring in my ear!

The good news about raising a teenager is when they achieve goals that you set for them especially goals that you think they might not reach. The bad news about raising a teenager is when they achieve those goals and you have to hold your end of the bargain up. In this case we set goals for Skyler that were very high and he stood a good chance of making improvements but not actually achieving the goals. On the flip side of that, Skyler's requested reward for achieving said goals was something that Matt and I would not approve of. He requested his ears to be pierced.
