I love Gizzards!
Sorry I have been a little bit neglectful in posting on our family blog. Been real busy with football. It's almost over though and as soon as it is I will be much more diligent in my posting. Until then.. Go eat some Turkey! By the way, my favorite word is "Gizzard".See ya in a couple of weeks!

"Gizzard"? what is that? Sounds like a old person.
No your thinking of "Geezer". A "Gizzard" is a totally different thing. Technically "Gizzards" are what some birds have to grind seed. It's like chewing for birds. At least that’s what I think they are?
The word "Gizzard" though can be used for so many different things. For example, you know that little thingy in the back of your thought? That’s right it's a gizzard. The wart on your finger? You guessed it, gizzard. The booger you don't know about that is hanging half way out your nose? Um Hum... Gizzard!

Thats a good question Carrie. I don't know if I was or not. In fact I did not even know that was her nickname. But I like it!
